If you encounter content on the Medibook platform that appears illegal, inappropriate, or in violation of applicable laws or platform rules, you are encouraged to report it so that it can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

What Can Be Reported

How to Report Content

If you identify content that should be reported, please contact the Medibook support team and provide the relevant information.

To help the investigation process, include:

  • The location of the content within the platform
  • Any relevant screenshots or supporting information
